How do I care for this carpet?
Vacuum regularly on a gentle setting (without the beater bar). Rotate every few months for even wear. For spills, blot immediately with a clean cloth — don't rub. We recommend professional cleaning every 1-2 years. Some initial shedding is normal for wool carpets and will reduce over time.
What if it doesn't suit my space?
We want you to love your carpet. Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery if the carpet is in original condition — unused, unaltered, with tags intact. Custom orders are non-returnable. Just email us at hello@thecarpetproject.com to start the process.
